All Bangkok apartments have at least one car parking space.  Internally all built-in furniture and white kitchen furniture is standard although dishwashers are optional.  All air-conditioning and mosquito screens, with all floors, walls and ceilings completed are as standard along with all the usual electric plugs and switches. Most apartment buildings have swimming pools, gyms and other facilities such as saunas or tennis courts even mini-marts.  The BTS and or MRTA Stations are not too far away.
