Lakeside Villa 2 is considered one of the best villages in the area for those that like spacious homes and large lawned gardens and swimming pools.  Although the village is now 15 year's old it still attracts a lot of interest from expatriate familes looking for 4-5 homes in the range from Baht100,000.- to Baht180,000.- per month.  Two to three month's Security Deposit is the norm for this village.

Lakeside Villa 2 is very near to Bangkok Patana International School, 20 minutes either way by car using the Bang Na Trat highway.  The  village has excellent security, common swimming pool, tennis courts, a  gym.  Many expatriate families live in this village sending their children to Patana School.  Nearby are Tesco Lotus, Makro, Carrefour, Central Department Store, BangNa and a Tops Supermarket. 

This village is near to the New Airport in the journey to the airport only 20 minutes with 30 minutes plus in coming from the airport to the village due to the one way systems in place along the BangNa Trat Highway.
