Lakeside Villa 1 is considered one of the best villages in the area for those that like spacious homes and large lawned gardens and swimming pools.  Although the village is now 15 year's old it still attracts a lot of interest from expatriate familes looking for 4-5 homes in the range from Baht100,000.- to Baht350,000.- per month, average rentals being at Baht150,000.-   Three month's Security Deposit is the norm for this village.

Lakeside Villa 1 is very near to Bangkok Patana International School, only 15 minutes by car going to the School however 30 minutes plus returning from the School to Lakeside 1 due to the one way systems in place along the main Bang Na Trat highway. 

The  village has excellent security, common swimming pool, tennis courts, a  gym and also a small mini-mart at the entrance.  Many expatriate families live in this village sending their children to Patana School.  Nearby are Tesco Lotus, Makro, Carrefour, Central Department Store, BangNa and a Tops Supermarket.
