Ladawan is a popular village for expatriates at the middle management level. Although the village is now 10 year's old it still attracts a lot of interest from expatriate familes looking for 3-4 homes in the range from Baht50,000.- to Baht120,000.- per month.  Two month's Security Deposit is the norm for this village.

Ladawan Srinakrin is very near to Bangkok Patana International School, 10 minutes either way by car using the local road, it is not necessary to go out on to the BangNa Trat highway.  The  village has excellent security, common swimming pool, tennis courts, a  gym.  Many expatriate families live in this village sending their children to Patana School.  Nearby are Tesco Lotus, Makro, Carrefour, Central Department Store Bang Na and a Tops Supermarket. 

This village is 45 minutes to the New Airport in the journey to the airport and only 20-30 minutes coming from the airport to the village due to the one way systems in place along the BangNa Trat Highway.
